Excellent, friendly customer service
I contacted Henry last night (Sat) and he came early the next morning. I somehow managed to blow all the lights in the house and needed urgent help. Once he assessed the situation, he went to Screwfix to buy the right fitting. Henry is a lifesaver and one of the kindest people I have met.
