  Refurbishment of 3 bedroom semi detached house including conversion of coal store to utility and WC

  Fantastic service from start to finish. Albeit a slow start in engagement due to a large existing workload, once we made contact Mike and his team were professional, attentive and accommodating from the start. Mike provided 3 brilliant references to help ease any worries we had and to assist in deciding to choose HPH as our preferred builder. They provided all building services required either directly or via partnerships they have and managed all trades throughout. Our build ran over time but we were communicated to regularly on the issues and overruns expected. 100% recommend

  Works to garage

  Mike did a good job in rebuilding my garage wall which was structurally poor and did some extra works inside. He kept me informed of what was going on throughout the job and came in under the quote.

  Bedroom renovation

  Mike and his team did a great job of sorting out the walls and redoing the ceilings in the main bedroom of our old cottage. A pleasure to work with from start to finish and we'll definitely be calling again. Highly recommended.

  Conversion of a detached garage into a garden room / office

  Mike and the team did a great job on converting a pretty run down detached garage into a beautifully finished, light and airy garden room. The project involved a full suite of services including wall construction, window installation, insulation, plastering, full electrics and decorating. Mike and the team were a joy to have around the place for the four weeks of the project and I will definitely be recommending them and hopefully getting them to build a little extension as well!

  Full refurb covering: demolition, steelwork, brickwork, new boiler, electrics, kitchen installation and flooring.

  We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike and HPH, in fact we already have. Mike was great from first contact sharing ideas and suggestions. We had the team onsite for a couple of months, Mike and the core team were here every day. Mike kept us up to date with progress and any additional work needed throughout the job, no problem was too big and we were always consulted about potential solutions to problems found and cost impact. The team were courteous, ensuring minimal impact to us whilst we were living on site. We’re really pleased with the finished result and standard of workmanship.

  Internal refurb including new boiler, rewire, new windows, kitchen, flooring, plastering etc

  Friendly, honest, reliable building team. Pleasure to work with and happy to have in the house with 2 young children. V reliable and professional. Work completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased with the results. Mike kept us up to date with progress, cost, expectations etc. Would highly recommend and would def use again.
