10 Gas Boiler Servicing / Repair

Such a really good experience
We arranged a Boiler Service today for between 9am and 10am. The engineer, Mark Richardson, duly arrived just after 9am. He was very friendly, working tidily, and explaining the process clearly. Upon completion, he explained how the results are uploaded to view online, along with payment details. I was very satisfied with the whole process and would definitely use HP for any future work. Shower, Tap, Bath Screen & Bath Sealant Replacement
The engineers came out over two days, first Henry and Joe, then Jack and Regan. I had to replace a tap, replace the bath screen, fit a new shower and reseal the bath also. They were polite, answered all my questions fully, explained the process, and made me aware of all my options to ensure the final result was the best it could be. They went out of their way to help, cleaned up very nicely after themeselves, and the work was excellent. HP even organized the third party tiler to fit my new tiles between the two days of work, and it was all done in the same week.
