  Perfect!

  HP plumbing came out very quickly. The first engineer established that there was a leak, and that the key to enable refill had been forced in and snapped off inside the valve. He called in a fellow engineer with the correct parts to install a new valve. The second engineer flew straight over and fixed everything up very quickly. They were both lovely. 10/10 for them again.

  Fab - 100% recommend

  We've used HP Plumbing and Heating for our boiler servicing & plumbing for over 6 years now. We can't recommend them more highly. From start to finish, the entire team - from Hollie in the office (who responds so quickly and helpfully) to the fantastic engineers, they are a class act. Knowledgeable, friendly & so well-organised, quick to respond to any queries, a delight to work with. Our most recent boiler service was provided by engineer Joe, who did a fantastic job as always, and is a great example of the lovely people working at this family business & the top notch service they provide.

  I chose HP to install my new boiler 6 years ago based on reviews just like this. They were superb then and have been superb ever since - it’s a pleasure to have them back every year to take care of my boiler’s annual service.

  Highly Recommend

  When our back boiler broke and was unfixable, I posted the job on checkatrade. HP responded quickly and organised for a visit to quote. The quote was received the same day and the engineers booked to complete the job within a couple of weeks. There was a lot of work to do and they completed it all in one day. They sent a team of 4 engineers who were all polite, friendly and professional. They left the house as they found it and also took the time to explain the new thermostat and phone app thoroughly. We had a small leak that appeared after they left, Dan came back out to us quickly.
