Approximately 18months ago we fitted a new bathroom/ Shower room, also new flooring in the hallway, new interior doors to the complete house and then carried out redecoration to many areas of the property to which the customer was extremely happy and asked us if we could provide a quotation to build them a rear extension, which we was happy to do. We then built the rear extension that included fitting a kitchen and associated works, this was completed to a high standard and checked and signed off by building control. The customer was extremely happy with the completed extension. This work was carried out approx. 1 year ago. Since then we have made a couple of visits to carry out some very small snags that inevitably occur with building projects. We believe that due to the time of completion unless there are any serious issues with the work carried out, anything else should be down to general maintenance and upkeep of the property. I would like to assure all our potential customers that we offer a very professional service and try our upmost to sort out any problems should they occur.
