Alex came round to quote quickly, advised me on the best approach for what I was trying to achieve, and did the job a few days later. Ideal. Replied to messages quickly, left the house tidy and clean, kindly checked if he could go into the bedrooms before going in. Very polite! He offered advice for some future work involving a bypass radiator and I’d be happy to hire Alex again in future. And he offers a year guarantee against leaks once the jobs done. Great! Was £225 for 3x radiator trv and valves plumbed in, all inclusive.

I posted the job and within minutes Alex contacted me to say he could do it. Communication was excellent as we planned a date and time. Alex arrived bang on time and was friendly and respectful. Alex communicated to me during the job so I knew what was going on. He replaced the faulty part with a new part, connected everything back up and tested it. Everything works perfectly. I'd definitely recommend Alex to anyone.
