Fixing a fault on the boiler and getting it working again
Guy from HRG Smart Heating Central Heating Engineer was a great help when I talk through the fault with him he talked me through a way I could fix the problem myself which took about 10 minutes. He didn’t charge me anything for it. Fantastic service when he really could’ve charged me for a callout and doing the job himself and made some money. A complex switch from a vented standard boiler to Combi
Guy explained all aspect of the work involved so I fully understood the best options. The standards and quality of work were excellent and considered both practicality and aesthetics.
