Howard and Mike were very pleasant. They arrived when they said they would. Quickly got up on roof. Investigated the problem and discussed it with me. Removed moss which seemed to be channelling water in wrong direction. They said they would not charge me and I said if it happened again would they come back. Howard explained what they would do next if they needed to come back. Good old fashioned roofers.

Time between quote and job done was a few days. Peace of mind as the weather has become wet. Very pleased to have used this roofer
