Very Disappointing Experience
We hired this plumber to install a toilet. We hired this plumber to install a wall-hung toilet. Within 48 hours, a leak developed, causing water damage through our ceiling and resulting in an insurance claim. The toilet ultimately had to be removed and reinstalled by another plumber, who also raised concerns about aspects of the original installation. Most disappointing was the lack of support afterwards. Communication became increasingly difficult and we were left to resolve the issue ourselves. Overall, this was a stressfuVerified reviewerJob location: SM6RNadia AResponse from HS Homes
Please state the facts the original toilet flush pipe had screws and old putty covering this so the only way around this was to remove the wall and change the wall Hun frame U declined and the plumber agreed the cistern was the issue my plumbing from the flush pipe to the toilet had zero leaks it's from the existing works which had nothing to do with me checkatrade rejected your claim against me as my work had no issues.

Punctual, professional, and reliable
HS Homes did a great job cutting a hole for a sink in my thick granite worktop, which was not an easy task. They arrived quickly, completed the work to a high standard, and cleaned everything up well afterwards. I’m very pleased with the result and would happily recommend them.Verified reviewerJob location: BR610 Bathrooms
