stove installation and maintenance
Terry did an amazing job of installing the perfect stove, liner, mantlepiece and hearthstone for us; lovely, clean job. He follows up by providing an annual sweeping and inspection service. communication is always clear and unambiguous, and he's always bang on time. Lovely company to work with
Terry does an annual service on our wood burner, which he installed 7 or 8 years ago. He is always prompt, polite and friendly. The wood burner has been great and we would highly recommend Hampshire Stoves.Job location: SO2210 Wood / Log Burning Stoves

An excellent service from start to finish. Tracy is very thorough with the planning and preparation. Terry is very thorough with the annual service and safety checks. At HSI, we pride ourselves in offering a prompt, efficient & friendly family run service, no chimney is no problem with our twin wall internal and external systems. When you call you will only ever speak with either Terry (who carries out all surveys and installations) or Tracy (who handles all phone calls, showroom, ordering and diary etc). We are a HETAS approved fully insured company and are always conscious of our customer's needs. We are also pleased to offer estimates; we fully guarantee all of our work. We have recently moved our work premises (literally approximately 30 feet) and have a small showroom area in our new unit - we are open by appointment only. We can proudly say that we are a dealer for Ekol and Saltfire and for the more modern stove Termatech, along with Mi Flue Stoves and Woolly Mammoth Stoves. We have now also got a Facebook page.
