This company was recommended by yourselves but yet to date I have not heard from them. I emailed them asking if they could still quote me for the leaking roof but got no response.

Mark and his team did a brilliant job for me. He was the only roofer who provided a professional quote with a full breakdown of the work and costs. He started work exactly when he said he would and when I went to the site 24 hours later, everything had already been stripped off the roofs and removed and his men were sweeping up any last traces of mess from the pavements. He finished the job early, provided extensive photos during and after the work so I could see what had been done and charged exactly what he said he would. I would highly recommend him.

A tremendous thank you to Mark and his team for the sterling work they did here at the Miners' Arms Inn, near Shotley Bridge. I was amazed at the high quality of workmanship carried out, even on parts of the roof that cannot be easily viewed from ground level. Clearly, HSTAR take care and pride in everything they do. Mark is one of the few tradesmen I can confidently recommend to others. Thanks again!
