Great team!
We used Harry and his team for our first proper move. From the start Harry was responsive, friendly and open to personalising our move. He gave us several options so we could have a choice about how we wanted progress, which was really appreciated. On the day the team were great! They were friendly and worked hard for us all day long, taking genuine care of our belongings. We are very grateful to HTG for a positive moving experience!Verified reviewerJob location: TQ910 House Clearance

Great friendly service
Harry and the team moved us in on a very hot day, up 48 steps and all without any negative comments. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all with a friendly attitude. Very happy to recommend this super company. Old fashioned service and a great price. 👍Verified reviewerJob location: TQ1210 House Clearance

HTG Clearances provides professional, fully licensed house clearance services across Devon and South Devon. Whether you're clearing a family home after a bereavement, preparing a property for sale or rental, or simply decluttering years of accumulated belongings, we handle every job with care, discretion, and respect.
We understand that clearance jobs are rarely just about the stuff — they often come at emotional or stressful times. That's why we take a personal approach on every job, treating your property and its contents with the same care we'd want for our own family.
All items are disposed of responsibly. We donate and recycle wherever possible, and every load is covered by full waste carrier documentation, so you have complete peace of mind that your clearance is handled legally and ethically.
We're fully insured, checked and vetted by Checkatrade, and available to help — often within days or even the same week. No job is too big or too small.
