Two bedroom walls painted and woodwork painted.
Arrived on time, did an excellent job. Tidied up and gave some advice on further jobs. Would definitely use again, and will pass on details to friends.

Disappointing And Potentially Unsafe Work
The job was a ladder installation. The hatch was cut in the wrong place and the ladder had multiple issues including buckling and tilting steps. It pressed against my banister and caught on my door frame with his advice to just force it open. Crucial parts were missing from the structure. He made decisions without consulting me, going against our agreed plan. He admitted lacking expertise but still cut the trusses without my consent, which was against his own advice to involve a professional. I strongly advise against dealing with him due to the mistakes made. He also denies anything not in writing.

Decking, steps, gate, trellis
Work completed 2yrs ago, and has remained solid. Pete was fab from start to finish! He ripped out large area of old decking, which was replaced with gravel. He then used the salvageable wood to build beautiful garden steps! He secured the garden by installing a large gate door and trellis. Replaced shed roof and rotting fence posts. He checks in frequently to make sure youre happy with the budget, and offers lots of lovely ideas. Ive since used him to install shelves and plumbing emergencies. Really glad Ive found him :)

Pete laid loft insulation in a tenanted property and replaced the broken hinges on the rear gate.
Pete did a great job of sorting out a couple of jobs which I had been struggling to find the time to do. He was very easy to get on with and although the tenant was late returning to the property to meet him he just got on with the outside jobs whilst waiting for him to return. The loft insulation was laid very well and he sent photos and videos of all completed work. Highly recommend.
