We needed a hardwired sensor in our living room disconnecting from the main alarm system ahead of a media wall installation. Stuart arrived promptly, got straight to work and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He removed the sensor, reprogrammed the alarm system, identified a couple of zones we weren’t aware of and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. He was friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend him.

Stuart contacted me straight away after I explained the problem with our alarm. He provided a quote and gave us a clear arrival time. The service was excellent — Stuart removed the old alarm, which had been going off intermittently for around 20 minutes at a time. Stuart was really polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. We will definitely use his services again when we replace the alarm. We needed someone to remove an old alarm system in a our new home. After looking at other reviews it was clear that Stuart came highly rated and we were super impressed with how efficient and quick he was. Excellent pre-visit communication. Arrived on time. Did tests to determine what the problem was and after a discussion which told us the costs involved, proceeded to fix it. Left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend and would definitely use Stuart again.
