Outstanding service provided by Mark and his company. Before realising Mark fitted EV chargers, I telephoned a few other local companies for quotes and nobody turned up. Mark turned up the next day, did a full house type survey for suitability. Sent a quote through promptly and worked to my timescale. Adam fitted the charger and his work was outstanding, neat and beyond our expectations. Both Mark and Adam are polite, approachable and open to discussing all options. Job location: TN27Mark came on a Monday morning and assessed the electrical work I needed sorted round my elderly parents bungalow, he had his team sort it the same day for a very good price. Heavy rain knocked out one of our ring mains - but problem was quickly traced to outdoor garden socket. These guys went out of their way and over and above to help my elderly mum out when we found her extractor fan had not been put in correctly and had been left totally unsafe by previous workmen. Nothing was too much trouble, the job took longer than anticipated but Adam would not leave until he had finished the job and made sure all was safe, working , tidied and mum was happy and reassured. Mark kept me informed with videos, pictures and calls with what was going on and I can’t praise them enough for their help with what could potentially have been a dangerous situation.
