Steve is both a true professional and an absolute gentleman. He responded very promptly to my initial enquiry and changed a lock and replaced two broken window mechanisms for us in no time at all. The costs for his labour were reasonable and well-deserved, and his cheery personality is a bonus.

I contacted Hugo Locksmiths who turned up within the hour and took time (and several attempts) to fix the problem door. Options were provided in order to reduce cost which was very useful for an unplanned incident. I was kept informed at all times during the work and was ok with resolution. Many thanks to Steve.
