Cleared up after flood damage and left heaters and humidifiers to dry out basement
Jason and his team were very efficient in getting a team together and clearing up quickly after an emergency call late at night. They explained the whole process of what would be involved in carrying out further work to ensure the basement would be left completely dry. When I was not happy with one aspect of their work, they returned without dispute and put it right. Throughout they were polite and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Mould remediation and renovation of flat following significant water damage.
I cannot recommend Jason from Humidity Response highly enough. He is professional, completely trustworthy and goes above and beyond what is expected of him. With significant water damage caused to our investment property, he took all the stress out of managing the repair works. We live overseas and completely relied on him to co-ordinate everything which he did in a timely manner, always keeping us updated on the works and responding immediately to any queries. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him and his company. I wish only wish we had found him earlier.

Burnt property.

Drying out of kitchen space following water mains leak.
Jason from Humidity Response was great. He diagnosed the problem and was very quick to take action in its resolution. The drying out time was estimated at 3 weeks but actually only took 2. Jason returned to our property throughout the process to check on progress. Excellent service and results.
