Professional and caring service
My elderly mother's circuitboard failed leaving her with no electric circuits. It was the day before a bank holiday and Terry responded immediately to my call, visited and diagnosed the problem that afternoon, which was unfortunately not a quick fix. But he was then able get to the suppliers before closing time and came back early on bank holiday to install a new circuit board for Mum and get her electrics working again. Lost power to all ground floor sockets including the boiler
Terry was brilliant. Arrived with 15 mins, worked diligently to find the fault, explained everything carefully and made everything safe. We have to get our kitchen fitters back which is the only reason he couldn’t remediate but so helpful.
