Flue was resized as too big for purpose and boiler service
Marc was very up front from the start regarding approx price and timing. He performed everything with high standards and took no shortcuts and cleaned up during and after the works on each day. He always informed me of when he was due to arrive on the day which is helpful to plan around him. He constantly talked though each step he performed and was very informative.

Boiler inspection

Faulty boiler
I had an issue with the boiler and from the moment he came in to the house, he exuded confidence in his job. He took time to explain to me what he was doing, why he is doing it which helped understand the issue at hand. He checked the boiler inch by inch to find the issue until he was able to and the fault was resolved. I would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

Replaced syphone flush
Marc was very helpful, explained what needed to be done. Was honest, reliable and a friendly man who is very experienced in his line of work. I would happily recommend him to friends and family and will be having him back to service our boiler.
