He had one of his guys repairing it within days,as I was in no rush. I was sent a message in the morning to tell me when they were going to arrive. The job Was done to a good standard .     Prompt responses to initial inquiries followed by a site visit, and detailed quote. Booked in at a time convenient to us with continued communication during the interim. The job itself began with a discussion of the work being carried out, so we knew what was going on, followed by the laying of a protective material over the carpets. The job was completed to a high quality with some unexpected issues with previous workmanship handled professionally and promptly. The job concluded with a demonstration of how to use the new system and a handover of paperwork.

I work with a small team of trusted colleagues, who communicate and work together well.
