Remove existing bungalow and build new house with separate garage
Martin and his team are still ploughing through our job. They have been exceptional to deal with right from the the start. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is talked through before any alterations are carried out, no matter how big or small. He is 100% transparent in all the costings as well - a trait many other builders could learn from. Martin and his team have also tackled areas and advised on parts of the build that are not within the quote they originally provided but in order to move things forward and help the build along have done so without quibble. They're fantastic!

Ground Floor extension and renovation
My wife and I have been planning our project for fifteen years. From the first time we met Martin ,he made sure we had thought through every single decision - right to the finishing touches. We were appointed Matt as out Project Manager who communicated with us daily and really went the extra mile in ensuring excellent quality and workmanship. HDS were one of our most expensive quotes we received, but the service and standard of the finished project justified this.

Two story extension and detached annexe
Took a bit longer than expected, but for justifiable reasons. Delighted with the quality of work. Found the communication throughout the project was very good, much better than with previous home renovation work we have undertaken.

New 2 storey extensions with refurbishment.
We would love to recommend HDS for the future, their work is of such a high standard and they were so conscious on every decision throughout the build. We knew it was going be an upheaval having so much work done with 3 young children, but the guys onsite always endeavoured to keep the pace clean and safe. We decided on quite a few extras, which Martin, constantly updated us on, regarding cost, which made budgeting far easier. We are so happy with our new home!

2 new detached houses complete builds.
We contracted Hurst Development Solutions to undertake 2 detached houses for us in Merrow, Guildford. Martin project managed the job efficiently and professionally and manage to overcome all minor obstacles faced during the build. We would highly recommend them, and plan to employ them again on future projects.
