Ric worked on my step son's hot water tank a few months ago. Although parts issues delayed the initial start, Rick was professional, waived the first visit charge, and provided a fair revised quote Despite logistical hurdles beyond his control, he kept me updated constantly and arrived exactly when promised to finish the job.
