  2 floor side extension / single floor rear extension

  Ben and Tom were well presented, punctual, well prepared with details at the 1st meeting. They were well organised from day 1, and were happy to give us the details of their previous customers as references. Their original quote remained constant despite Covid-19 interruptions. We lived on site throughout the work (family of 6). Ben and Tom were thoughtful, even ensuring we had the washing machine and dishwasher plumbed in just before lockdown ceased work for 6 weeks. They have a reliable team, are creative with ideas, take pride in what they do, and have an eye for detail. Highly recommended.

  Large extension

  Extension, internal work and construction of a large patio.

  This was quite a large job undertaken to bring a 1950's house up to date. Ben and Tom, and their chaps always turned up on time and worked hard. I was pleased with their efficiency, the job was managed well. With any job of this size, problems were inevitable but they were resolved to our satisfaction. We made the choice to use Hut and White based on their attitude and demeanor. They delivered as promised and with the job now finished we have a beautiful house with an amazing patio. I would be happy to recommend Hut and White.

  Single storey extension to the side and rear of the house.

  Without exception, our experience of Ben and Tom was fantastic; they were a joy to work with. They always arrived about 15 minutes before their start time (8am) and worked extra days to keep on schedule. When we moved out to facilitate the messy part, they worked all weekend, every weekend for five weeks in order to maximise the extra cost we were incurring. They only ever came with solutions to problems and added a lot of value through their own ideas and suggestions. The finished work is fabulous but the house now feels a little empty without them! We cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Extensive ground work including high retaining walls. A large kitchen and utility extension plus an extra bedroom.

  Hut and White Carpentry are highly recommend by us. The workmanship was of an exceptionally high standard. The owners are extremely pleasant and were very easy to deal with throughout the project. They were present daily and we were able to work with them on all matters arising. The fine detail required to match unusual stone work was very well researched and the new walls blend in beautifully with the existing walls. We just cannot praise their standards of honesty and professionalism enough.

  Take a wall out in the kitchen.

  Ben, Tom and their guys were absolutely fantastic, they did an amazing job and nothing was too much trouble. The level of workmanship was first class and they worked in a very professional manner and very tidy and extremely polite. I would most certainly recommend this company.
