  2 storey extension

  The building does not pass Building Control Standards. They have given 3 months for a few things to be completed/ improved. Harry is not responding to any communication to get things done. I have a leaking extension roof, a gas boiler that cannot be certificated, and several other issues with Building Control. Harry took full payment BEFORE completing work & moved to another county, setting up a new business and company name. No snagging was done before he left, & for many months I was chasing Harry to get basic things done by his contractors. Yet I had paid him an extra 3k to project manage.

  Landscaping

  Harry and his team done a beautiful job to transform my garden into my dream. They carried out a list of work including a new patio , pathway and decking and they done a lovely job. Would 100% recommend. Thankyou Harry .

  Blocking up doorways and removing plaster on wall.

  Harry was really easy to communicate with and went out of his way to get someone to do the job quickly, even during the Christmas period. Very friendly builder, did a good job on the work we had done.

  Repair crack in outside wall and stabilise.

  The workman attended at the arranged time carried out the work in the time estimated (on a previous visit to assess the work required the day before) Work was completed within the price range discussed. And left clean and tidy. Revisit arranged for 3 months time to confirm work had been successful. We were completely satisfied with all aspects of our contact with this company.

  Loft conversion

  HW Brickwork did an excellent job of putting a dorma and moving a staircase up to our existing loft conversion. The room is now a really spacious master bedroom with an en-suite and is unrecognisable from the dark unusable space it was before. Harry and his team completed the work well within the time frame they estimated and did it to an excellent standard.

  Harry and his team were extremely easy to work with throughout the project. They were hardworking, tidy and completed it to a very high standard. We would definitely use HW Brickwork again and would recommend to others.
