Gutter repair
Hwm solutions attended my property to quote me for works needed to guttering as there are damp patches inside. He said he couldn't see any damp at the time. A week later ,I wasn't given a written quotation but was told via telephone that the cost would be £295+vat. Some work was done on 14th Oct. but the internal damp is still an issue. It is clear that the work needed to rectify the issue has not been quoted correctly and I will need a reputable tradesman to do so. Boiler break down
After my boiler broke down I called HWM Solutions Ltd Within 1 hour one of their engineers was at my property to investigate the issue. They diagnosed the issue very quickly and advise that the boiler required a new part. Thwy returned the next day with parts and installed I am extremely grateful and happy with how quickly the issue was dealt with and resolved. More than happy to have Harry and team in my house. They were clean, tidy, friendly and respectful throughout. All protective sheeting was laid out accordingly and they even hoovered up afterwards.
