There were problems with slow running water and sucking sounds from sinks and toilets. Lawrence arrived at the time arranged and diagnosed and solved the problem quickly. Lawrence was every thorough in trying to resolve the issue by starting at the least invasive methods first. He quickly diagnosed the root cause and provided options that would resolve it. Lawrence from hydraflow attended my property due to my facilities backing up with sewage and not taking away any water in sinks etc. Lawrence then quickly turned up and could see the state that I was in. He was very quick with his thinking and went outside to find that the manhole was blocked. He then traced this manhole into garden next door where he there managed to clear the blockage and allowing all my facilities to flow away correctly again.
