Needed to replace aging gas boiler. From initial contact to installation, Jack did what he said he would, when he said he would. He explained at all stages what was necessary and what our options were, and was always happy to answer any questions. He cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Some additional work was needed to attach the boiler safely to the wall, which was done with no additional charge due to the fixed price quote. Recommended.

Contacted Jack from HydraHeat, as I had a water leak, in the airing cupboard. He visited later that same day and diagnosed leak from my old shower pump, which would need replacing. Jack is very easy and reassuring to talk to and extremely knowledgeable and I had decided to do away with the old pump and have an unvented hot water system, to give me mains pressure, to my bath, shower and taps. Install has now all been completed, to his extremely high standard and Jack made sure all carpets were protected, before any work began. I could not be happier and will be using him again, very soon.

Excellent service, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Respected our home by laying plastic sheets up the stairs and on the landing and cleaned up before leaving. Lady in the office also friendly, cheerful and chatty. Would definitely recommend Jack. Thank you so much.
