Having used HydraHeat last year, I had no hesitation at all, in using them again, to install a new gas boiler. After a thorough survey, they provided a very detailed estimate, which I was pleased to accept. The job was completed on time, to a very high standard, with their usual great attention, to detail. HydraHeat are so knowledgeable and take so much pride in their work, it's a real pleasure, to have them in your home. They are also very respectful, always ensuring your carpets and floors are protected, before any work begins - I have no hesitation, in highly recommending them.

Needed to replace aging gas boiler. From initial contact to installation, Jack did what he said he would, when he said he would. He explained at all stages what was necessary and what our options were, and was always happy to answer any questions. He cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Some additional work was needed to attach the boiler safely to the wall, which was done with no additional charge due to the fixed price quote. Recommended.

Contacted Jack from HydraHeat, as I had a water leak, in the airing cupboard. He visited later that same day and diagnosed leak from my old shower pump, which would need replacing. Jack is very easy and reassuring to talk to and extremely knowledgeable and I had decided to do away with the old pump and have an unvented hot water system, to give me mains pressure, to my bath, shower and taps. Install has now all been completed, to his extremely high standard and Jack made sure all carpets were protected, before any work began. I could not be happier and will be using him again, very soon.
