And he spent a good hour doing the work. And he kept addressing me by my name, which shows he's polite and values his customers. The guy who came to do it was SO professional and put water over the whole area first - windows, doorstep, flagstones below - to protect it. He used a high strength biocide to clean it, which carries on working, long after the job is done. My window ledge is looking MORE cleaner
