Tim was excellent he talked through what he thought the problem was on the phone. Came out to mend quite quickly and it was what he thought. No new parts needed. Just 1 hour labour cost.

Tim responded very quickly. I sent him a video of the problem and he called me straight back. I was so impressed that he knew the history and known faults of my model and he talked me through easy steps to sort the problem myself! (There was just a build up of ice on the fan.) So refreshing to find a responsive tradesman with such knowledge and generosity. I'll definitely call him again next time something breaks down!

My washing machine began smoking during a wash. I called Tim and he was so helpful on the call. We went through the problem and he got me to do some troubleshooting. He explained what the problem was over the phone and he found that as there was no replacement part it needed a new machine and there was no charge from him for his effort. Very Helpful!
