Ben was fantastic in supporting an issue with my boiler, to the point he knew what the problem was with me just giving the name of the boiler and stating how old the house was! Very knowledgeable, wouldn’t hesitate to recommended to friends and family.

Boiler was serviced quickly and professionally. Low incoming pressure was a minor issue so Ben called out Cadent and isolated the supply ready for a Cadent engineer who turned up within 2 hours to resolve it. All details of the service were emailed over immediately. Highly recommended.
