Excellent service, will definitely use again. Highly recommended. Extremely efficient, tidy and did excellent job. Quick turnaround and fully explained different options to replace boiler. Very friendly, trustworthy and high standard of workmanship. Made sure boiler, heating etc fully working and we were happy before left job. I'm delighted with the service provided by Hydrotherm. Their price was incredibly fair and their workmanship was second to none, would 100% recommend.

An extremely thorough gas safety check performed by Andreas after my carbon monoxide alarm went off early in the morning. Andreas was able to come the same day I called, was very courteous and arrived on time. He wore a face mask throughout the service and maintained social distancing. Andreas very kindly spent time answering my questions explaining all the steps of the gas check making sure I was reassured. He also repeated all of the checks to make sure he had not missed anything even though it meant the service took twice as long (and did not charge me for the extra time). Highly recommend.

Pav came over as my boiler was not producing hot water, he was quick to respond to my contact and gave me a time that suited my schedule. During this visit he recommended a replacement part was needed but managed to get me back up and running during the meantime which was great! He also kept me informed of dates and timing of the part and as soon as he knew when it would be available he contacted me and we booked the installation easily. I would highly recommend Hydrotherm and will definitely be using them again!

I had a new Vaillant Combi boiler fit by Andreas and his son Pav last year to replace the old vented system. They did a very good job and their price was fair and competitive. I called them again a year later to do the maintenance and Pav showed up on time and even fixed a minor issue within the price of the maintenance. Highly recommended!

HT Gas were truly professional throughout the whole day, consistently making sure the work was completed safely and tidily. Removing a 60s back boiler is incredibly messy work, but you would not have known this to be so with the way HT Gas went about it! Periodic vacuuming and sweeping meant our lounge remained free from brick dust and soot. HT Gas were also able to quickly identify the eccentricities of our gas pipes easily from their years of experience and gave us recommended action on how we could decorate around them safely. A professional gas safety check to end the day left us happy!
