Our Twin Tec water softener (some 20 years old) stopped cycling and the salt blocks were dissolving within an hour or so rather than lasting the usual 3 weeks approx. We found that Hydroworks has been very well reviewed online and contacted them for a repair. Engineer and CEO (!!!) Lawrence visited on 10 June, checked the unit and replaced vital hose sections. He did not leave until he was happy that the unit would be working correctly. He was extremely polite and professional and even found the missing top cover! Very reasonable charges, and we recommend H'works without reservation.

Shopped around quite a bit for a water softener. Stumbled upon Hydroworks and after some research decided to go with them. Could not be more happier with this company. A very efficient service. Items delivered in a shorter time than was quoted. Been with them for over 2 years for salt resupply. Orders always dealt with poilitely and promptly.
