• Sagging roof repair and fitting of new Velux window.

  Craig and his team repaired our sagging roof and fitted a new Velux window. We made a change to the window size on the day and Craig was very accommodating and extremely professional about it. Craig, Ben and the rest of the team did such a great job they are coming back to build the new roof on our kitchen extension in early Oct 2024. Would be more than happy to recommend Hylands Roofing Ltd.

  Craig and his team were faultless throughout the whole project. From the first site inspection Craig's knowledge and experience of the industry was very clear. They have done a great job in replacing our roof given the complications with an old building and a celling light. We were well informed throughout of when the team would and wouldn't be on site, progress of work etc. Craig went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with everything and the place was left in an immaculate condition once they left. Would highly recommend for anyone having any sort of roof work done.

• Lowering Chimney Stack, Roof Repairs

  The chimney stacks were lowered and completely rebuild matching with the existing brick work by Craig, Ben and the team. The work was carried out in a very professional manner, the workmanship was exceptional with all waste cleared and removed from site. Roofing tiles that had disintegrated, crumbled or cracked over time and other tiles that had generally pass its "sell by date" were replaced to ensure completeness. Work was carried out promptly, on time with a very competitive quote; Craig and team would be on my list of "go to" Tradesman.
