Refurbished terrace house in Burnley
Hyyaan, had previously done work for me in Stoke-On-Trent, on a smaller scale, but excellently done. They willingly went to Burnley, to assess the work, and gave me a fair quote, in comparison to others, to refurbish the entire terrace house. They went above and beyond, and the work was completed to a very “high standard”, as also, quoted by a local estate agent. There were slight delays beyond Hyyaan’s control, but all managed, in a professional and patient manner. The bathroom and kitchen is the highlight of the refurb, and enhances the work completed. Loft conversion
We are absolutely thrilled with the loft done by HYYAAN Ltd. They came and fixed the damaged roof, converted the loft to a big room and did the plastering, they also did electric for my children's TV in the loft, roof windows, roof hatch and ladder. Over £46,000 ground floor extension. B&Q refused to deliver kitchen earlier due to poor floor tiling
We were introduced to Hyyaan Limited early Feb 2023 to complete our ground floor extension. Walsall council instructed on what needs to be put right from an earlier builder's job. According to our singed contract, the project was supposed to be completed in 90 days. He jacked 7 months later, leaving us with badly tiled bathrooms, tiles were neither straight nor levelled. Puddle on wet floor, taps and showers not securely fixed. His plumbing leaks like a sieve. Kitchen units are not level, kitchen floor tiles moves, already cracked. Kitchen fittings
It was an impromptu call and to my surprise the job done was outstanding, it finished ear that expected and the same quality of materials they promised to use is what they used.
