Bathroom replacement
My old bathroom was getting very tired and in need of an upgrade. I decided to get rid of the bathtub and replace it with a large base fitted shower. Iain is a professional tradesman and did a professional job. I found him trustworthy and sociable throughout the job. I would have no hesitation in hiring Iain again for my next job. I now have a bathroom that would make any 4* hotel jealous.

Re tile floor
Ian was fantastic from start to finish. He turned up on time each day and cleared up after himself. He was careful working around the bathroom and the work was immaculate. I couldn’t recommend him high enough. The quote was good and the price stayed the same throughout.

To update utility room
Iain did an excellent job to update the tired utility room and to put in a dog wash for our Cockapoo who is too big to carry up and down stairs for a bath. The new room looks modern and practical with new tiled walls and new wall cabinets for storage. Iain also repaired a few other bits and pieces around the house at our request. Iain is our regular go to plumber as he is always very helpful and friendly.

All aspects of up dating my kitchen including tiling and flooring
Iain has a polite and lovely manner. He has re furbished my kitchen and bathroom both to an excellent standard going the extra mile to achieve this, I highly recommend him

Fit new bathroom suite and tile and paint room
Iain was fantastic and worked hard to give us a great new bathroom. There were some issues with the bathroom suppliers which he was so helpful in advising on and worked around the changes. Iain was also really knowledgeable about different options for the bathroom and had great suggestions and ideas.

Kitchen refurbishment
Iain has transformed our kitchen! He obviously takes real pride in his work - the floor and wall tiling in particular. We were never on site and trusted Iain completely. He handled all deliveries, made numerous trips back and forth to the kitchen suppliers and literally went the extra mile doing a 2hr round trip to get the floor tiles we wanted. He kept in touch throughout, always polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble. He also knows and arranges a great electrician to come in so no stress there. We're delighted with the finish and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Iain to anyone.
