Appt to clean our Carpet and landing 9.30 today. 9.40 I messaged him only to be told me he had broken down and was waiting for recovery, would have to reschedule. Very disappointed, emptied room all ready for him and I had to message him. As a new customer would have expected a call at 9.30, eta or prior with apologies. Unfortunate to break down but would have expected proper communication, bad customer service. If coming from Chorley , I feel he must have known a bit earlier, and once again should have been phoned , not for us to find out

It’s pretty much exactly as the customer has said , I was coming from Chorley and broke down on M55 I was stressed as my van completely lost power and was speaking to Green flag to try and get a definitive time for recovery when he texted, I explained the situation but was told I should’ve rung earlier not sure how I could’ve rung earlier as I’d not broken down by then.
