Temporary fix on roof
These boys are absolute gems - came to do a quote on a loft conversion but made a temporary fix on a leak on our roof while here. They get on with the job & are exceptionally knowledgeable, honest & professional. I cant recommend them enough!

Large roof replacement (6000 slates, 2 valleys, 2 hips and 2 chimneys)
We had these guys in to provide the expertise replacing a large roof. They were happy to work alongside us, meaning we could do the labour work which maximised there time putting back the new roof. They are 2 genuinely nice guys who work at a good steady rate resulting in a job done to a great standard in a reasonable time frame. There we also very supportive and happy to give advice on how to proceed when something unforseen came up. Would happily have them back.

Property Conversion to Residential
I can’t recommend Ian and Al enough! I hope to use them again in the future. Great craft/workmanship, communication and work ethic. Very experienced team, guiding and helping me to problem solve and make cost efficient decisions. 100% reliable forthe 7months. The property an old stonewall Barkhouse, converted to residential use. They carried out a diverse spectrum of jobs including; ; ‘Delta Membrane’ Damp proof install / Two large dormer windows / Rebuilding stone walls to make the property structurally sound /install large sliding doors + windows / groundworks & internal fit out etc.

Bathroom Sub-Floor Repair
Ian took my call on Saturday, survey booked for Monday 08:00am and price back and agreed Monday PM. Ian turned up to repair our tenants floor at the time they said they would on Weds and repaired it to a quality and safe standard ready for vinyl. Efficient, quality and good knowledge/ experience. I would recommend his expertise to anyone seeking building works. Thank you for fitting us in between jobs to make the bathroom floor safe again. Had a good chat at the end of the job once signing it off and I Will be using again for carpentry in Torquay. Thank you Ian. Kind regards Kai
