This one s the second time Ian has carried out plastering work for me. The latest work involved Ian skimming approximately 25 sqm of new stud wall. Once again I was very very happy with Ian's work. I would certainly recommend Ian to others.

Ian Deacon has performed numerous tasks for us, including the construction of a dormer window, roofing work, insulation, guttering and drainage, bricklaying, flooring and decorating. He has a very wide range of skills, considerable experience and is very good at devising solutions to any problem that is encountered. He always clears up thoroughly and is consistently pleasant to work with, flexible and accommodating.

Ian and Bob were hardworking, professional and courteous. They kept to the original quote as far as possible apart from a couple of unexpected issues which they dealt with promptly and kept me informed. The quality of the work which included removing internal walls and relocating the stairs, was excellent from all the team as confirmed by a building specialist friend of mine. They also dealt efficiently with some small issues on my snagging list. Overall, I have been delighted with the makeover to my property and I would not hesitate to recommend Ian's firm

Ian applied a waterproof screed to our shed and returned to lay a sand and cement screed. He was polite, knowledgeable and his work was to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Ian.

Did a very good professional job. Did 2 coats and fitted a metal lathing for the coat to key on. Had quotes where they were only going to do one coat with no lathing.
