Quick response, diagnosed the problem quickly, told/showed me what was wrong. Went to get parts, back in 30 mins, job done, fair price.

Ian arrived when he said he would and sorted out the leaking cistern and also a problem with the stopcock. After he left there was another problem with the toilet. Ian returned that evening and did a temporary repair then came back 2 days later to complete.

Called on Friday 27 June came out on Saturday 28 June. Fast, efficient, tidy and knowledgeable. The job was completed with a minimum of fuss and at a reasonable cost. Cannot fault anything in the service provided.
