  Annual boiler service

  As ever Ian done a great job and helped me out when there was an emergency a few weeks prior. I wouldn't use anyone else and can't recommend Ian highly enough Thanks Ian and hope you and your family have a great Christmas

  Kitchen tap replaced

  Ian arrived ahead of time, was very friendly and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to use him in future and will definitely recommend him to friends in the local area.

  Boiler Service

  Replace Radiator and Fitted New Boiler

  We were delighted that we found Ian on Checkatrade, he is very professional, experienced and friendly. We originally asked him to remove an old radiator and fitted a new one, but having discussed our heating system we asked Ian to quote for replacing our +20 year old boiler, which was subsequently replaced quickly, efficiently, and the work carried out to an excellent standard, will certainly call on Ian to service the boiler. We certainly would have no hesitation in highly recommend Ian, and have already done so to friends.

  Ian fitted our new boiler.

  Ian fitted our new boiler. He came to the house, assessed what was needed and gave us a quote. Then work started promptly on the agreed date. Ian was very professional, friendly and made sure everything was kept tidy. He even wiped down surfaces before he left on both days. We have had some bad experiences in the past with workman, however it was a pleasure to have Ian in our home. I would strongly recommend him.

  I had not hot water and no heating

  I was so lucky. Phoned Ian as I had no heating or hot water. Another plumber had said they couldn't come until 26th. Understandable at this time of year, all the boilers going back on. Told Ian what the error was on my boiler and he knew it was one of two things (luckily it was the cheaper one) and that he would pop in that afternoon, after he'd finished his previous job. He turned up at 3.15 and by 3.30 I had heating and hot water. He was polite, professional and friendly. If I have another plumbing problem, he will be the first person I'll call. I feel the price paid was very reasonable.
