This is how it should be.

Great communication, honest and reasonably priced
We called Ian after bad rain caused a leak in our roof. He came the next day to look at the job and was able to fix it for us there and then. We thought it was a bigger job but he was very honest with what the actual problem was. Great communication, honest and reliable man. Great roofer - would recommend
Would definitely recommend and happily would use again. Ian quoted and booked in promptly. He did some cement work on the roof on the hips ends and replaced the dry verge for me. Excellent work by Ian Netherwood
Used Ian recently for new fascias/soffits/ gutters/downpipes.Excellent job from start to finish. A very enjoyable experience using Ian and also the scaffolding company that he uses.Nothing was too much trouble including several little extra jobs.They worked very hard even in the very hot weather we had recently. On time, no excuses, good tradesman.
Called Ian after being let down several times by another roofer. Answered immediately, discussed the issue with me and turned up the next day. After looking closely at the problem Ian identified several issues and remedied them on the spot. Very happy with his work despite access being difficult to the area on the roof. I have now been trading for over 30 years, I was the main contractor for a large company on their insurance side (ROK) for 10 years, till they went under with the recession.
The work varied, from full roofs to minor repairs. The best part was finding leaks in roofs that others couldn't find. I also did insurance reports & photos. 90% of my work is through recommendations. I am only a small firm & I do not subcontract work out to other companies.
