Building work to structure of an old property followed up with further repointing.
The property is a large detached house which required external walls to be built around a single claypot brick construction. This was a major project which Ian Rice Builders completed to a very high standard. His word of guarantee is his bond. We know that he is a builder you can trust and fully rely upon along with his team to do an excellent job. We have no hesitation to recommend Ian Rice Builders Ltd.

Large rear extension
Ian's team built a large extension on the back of our house. His team did a great job and we're very happy with it. Things that stood out for me about Ian are that he's straightforward and easy to deal with, honest and sticks to his word, and when problems come up he's very fair and gets things sorted. I'd definitely use his company again.

Ground floor extension
Excellent company. Very reliable from the first point on contact to quote until after the build was finished. Experienced builders who offered advise throughout the build and overcome any problems without adding any stress or worry to us as the customer. Very tidy throughout and all staff friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend Ian Rice Building Limited enough, we would have no hesitation using for again in the future.

Conservatory and porch groundworks and walling
Ian Rice was involved in initially preparing groundworks, stone walling and interior finishing for a porch. He made such an excellent job of it that was on time and on budget that when it was decided to build a conservatory he was the preferred craftsman. Ian worked with knowledge, skill and always proved helpful and approachable. Again another successful project

Garage conversion
Very pleased with the results when the job was completed. When a problem came up ,not of the builders making, they resolved it. Nothing was too much trouble.I would not hesitate to recommend them .

Rear corner extension
We were extremely pleased with Ian and all of his hardworking staff and sub contractor s. They completed on schedule and with a high standard. We would not hesitate to use Ian again or recommend his company.
