Ian came over to service our boiler and show us how to use the thermostat as we had just moved in. He was very helpful and explained to us the things we needed to look out for. Efficient and a quick communicator with a resonable charge - thanks Ian!

I hired Ian to repair a boiler that was making some intermittent noise. He visited the house and agreed to fix the problem. At the end I paid £300. After he left the house the boiler started the same noise again. Ever since I am trying to reach him but no answer from him. He doesn't reply my phone calls or messages. Not a trustworthy plumber

After the initial query, Ian replied promptly with a very reasonable quote and offered to complete the work in the same day. He has the G3 qualification to work on unvented system and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of HTG/DHW. When I asked technical questions about things in HTG/DHW unrealted to the job, Ian was very polite and gave honest answers. I sense no intention to sell potentially unnecessary products/services. Despite some unexpected complex pipework, the job is finished with high standards and there is nothing I am unhappy about.
