    Fair price, high standard, excellent communication,

    Excellent communication. Excellent service. On time and tidy. New boiler fitted in loft as cylinder was too small. New shower and taps fitted. Everything was done super quickly and without any problems. Definitely use them again. The work was done to high standard at a price. Ian gives a fair quote.

    Would not hesitate to recommend!

    We had a leak coming from our hot water cylinder. Ian replaced with a newer type and upgraded our whole system. He made the whole process easy and explained everything step by step. I can’t recommend him and his team enough!

    Full removal of old bathroom in entirety; supply and fit new bathroom suite and tiling.

    Ian has been excellent to work with throughout a stressful bathroom project. He was punctual, courteous and calm in helping to address the immediate major water leak; directly supported the provision of details and specifications to enable a successful house insurance claim and provided guidance on suitable options for a complete bathroom refit. Across the project, he has been responsive, supportive, honest, transparent and professional. He ensured his team was well briefed and that they followed his lead in terms of customer focus. I highly recommend Ian to potential customers.

    Very good bath to shower conversion.

    Work was carried out very professionally and with courtesy. The work area and access were kept clean. The work carried out involved a bit more than planned but this was openly discussed and agreed. There were a few problems but these were resolved and the end result is great.

    Disconnect the water tank in the loft and reconnect everything to water supply

    Ian responded promptly to my request and followed up with a visit the very next day, as agreed. He thoroughly checked everything and ensured all necessary steps were covered. Although the job ultimately wasn't required due to the water tank already being disconnected and the connection in place, I appreciate Ian's professionalism and efficiency. I'd definitely recommend him for his prompt service and attention to detail.
