Jermaine was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and very easy to get along with. He took the time to properly check my wall electric heaters and clearly explained that the unit was faulty. As I needed it sorted the same day, he kindly offered to come with me to B&Q to make sure I bought the correct replacement, which was incredibly helpful. He then came back and fitted the new heater the same day, explained everything he was doing, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Nothing felt like too much trouble for him,

Jermaine was on time and is polite and friendly and respectful. He got to work straight away and managed to find the fault and fixed it. If I have any more issues he has asked me to call him. I would definitely contact Jermaine again if I had any other electrical problems.

Jermaine responded immediately to my request and carried out the work the following day. Nice clean job. Thank you.
