Various plumbing inside and out
Ian did an amazing job with putting in additional taps outside, removing all unnecessary pipes and revamping the whole kitchen system. He was reasonably, timely and very professional. Definitely recommend for any plumbing work.

New bathroom and separate toilet
Ian did a great job, he was really helpful and friendly throughout the work being done. We had an old bath taken out and a new wall re built and plastered to fit in a large tiled shower tray enclosure. Having large titles just in the shower enclosure worked really well and looked really high quality finished considering we live in a flat. Recommend using tile giant through Ian. Ian managed to install a sink on top of our new toilet which was great because we didn't have a sink in toilet room to begin with. We will defintely have him back to do work for us in the future.

Replace power shower pump

New ensuite
Ian gave us a quote on the work and also gave us lots of advice on which shower cubicle and shower to get. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained and the work from the plumbing to the tiling to the finished product has been great. It was such a relief not to have to get someone in to do the plumbing and then someone else for the tiling. He did get a qualified electrician in for the new light and heated towel rail but that was already included in the price. I would not hesitate to use Ian again. In fact I am waiting for him to be free so he can fit another radiator for me.

Gas boiler repair
I called Ian early on a Saturday morning as my boiler was leaking which meant I was without heating and hot water. He arrived within 30 minutes and after finding the problem he was able to buy the part at a cheaper price than what he originally thought and fitted it. Heating and hot water was restored. Ian was happy, polite and professional in his work and due to this attitude I asked him for a quote on refurbishing our bathroom which he has now completed for which a review will be published.
