  I was initially happy with the work carried out but have since discovered several issues. Two out of three radiators are coming off the wall, paintwork is not tidy or finished, lots of sharp edges on the metal tile trims, plinths beneath the vanity units have come away and so on….

• Three new bathrooms

  Ian was brilliant! He has replaced three bathrooms in my townhouse, including moving a wall to make my shower larger in the ensuite. He was so tidy and cleared up as he went along, making sure nothing was ever left out at the end of the day. He helped me with design ideas to get the best finish and was respectful and pleasant to have in the house. Best builder I have ever used and would only ever want to use him in the future.

• New roof and timber frame for alleyway, painting and minor non planned jobs

  Ian installed our Wren kitchen last August and completed unplanned jobs. Again called to do a new roof and he has also completed some other trade jobs that needed doing due to his skill sets.Completly at ease with him my home and no extra job was too much trouble. Would recommend him for any Jobs, although you may have to wait as he is busy, as a good tradesperson should be, but worth the wait for a good job and peace of mind. A pleasure to endorse and recommend

• Fitting new kitchen and floor. Remove internal walls between kitchen and dinner room and living room

  Ian remove internal walls between kitchen, dinning room and living room. He fitted kitchen and new LVT flooring. Unfortunately he hasn't levelled the floor properly and the planks started getting loose and eventually break. I called to Ian, he came. We agreed that we order flooring to replace damaged planks and pay him for the job. HOWEVER DIDN'T COME AND STOPPED ANSWERING OUR CALLS. We had flooring eventually replaced for different company. We spend £750 and additional £500 for the job. DO NOT RECOMEND.
