Replace roofing felt and facia. Dry verge installed
A few weeks after work was completed, builders had to return to adjust guttering as leaking. Later in year, sections of dry verge came loose and builders returned to replace. In November more of the dry verge came loose. I have emailed Mr N Fury, who runs the company on 4 occasions since and on each occasion he has promised to send his men to fix, but, to date, no one has turned up.

New large patio
The work was carried out very quickly after the initial quotation, and has been completed in 3 days work. It all looks beautiful, and the I-Build team were totally committed and did everything to a high standard.

Put my garden into levels, I had started some work but couldn't finish due to health reasons.
Started off as just paving and then, before work started during a consultation with NoahI asked about AstroTurf and he arranged this also. Work was underway and progressing well and I asked about a paving solution and Noah spoke to my wife and then myself and he was able to comple this work as requested. Very happy with the work and it does come with a 5 year guarantee which gives added piece of mind. The lads worked hard and completed the job with a minimum of disruption.

Garden Patio, Turf and Sleepers
Noah and his team have done an incredible job for us. Laid us a new porcelain patio and new turf along with installed sleepers around the garden edge. We cannot fault any of the work, looks perfect. Excellent professionalism and communication throughout. Very reasonable pricing, 100% recommend.

New patio laid in back garden
We had such a great experience from I-Build. From the quotation to completion, Noah and his team were professional and courteous. We are very pleased with finish of our patio, how quickly the team were able to lay it and that Noah was able to pull forward our estimated start date. Thank you very much I-Build.

Patio
Noah and his team were amazing. Our experience with i-Build: met the deadline, easy to work with, helpful in making our decision, respectful of our wishes, excellent attention to detail, kind and welcoming workers from the beginning to the end. We love our patio and are completely satisfied. We highly recommend i-Build with enthusiasm, and without reservation. Would definitely use them again.
