Following the demolition of two Marley garages we were left with a concrete slab and the idea of a garden room. James and his team constructed a wood frame structure split in two for living and for storage. There were different finishes internally, with plaster on the living area and plywood in the storage. Add lights inside and out, double glazed windows and doors, a rubber roof and modern Hardie cladding and the transformation was complete. I can only echo other reviewers comments regarding tidiness, attention to detail and quality of work. I have used Ibuild before, since and will do again

We asked James to remove the wall between our kitchen and dining room and install the required steel and plasterboard the dining room ceiling. The work was completed to an extremely high standard with James and Dan keeping the work area clean and tidy at all times, much appreciated as we had to continue with our family life during the work. James kept us informed at all times and we had complete confidence in the work. Everything was completed within the time he said and we are delighted with the transformation to our house. I would 100% recommend James for any building requirements.

Having previously used James before, we were comfortable in knowing that ibuild were the company to use. James was able to take our very rough idea and design & build a very elegant but practical built in wardrobe. James was able to use his experience to ensure they worked around existing crevices to reduce the cost to us whilst maintaining a high quality finish. James and his team are always tidy and punctual which is critical with a house full of children to work round. We will be back soon to James for further renovations.

We decided we wanted to have a change from having a conservatory which was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. Ibuild were able to look at our idea and give great ideas to enhance what we were envisaging. We found James and his team to be very professional, clean working and thoughtful throughout the build ,ensuring disruptions were kept to a minimum. The finish is fantastic, we now have a new room we can use all year round, quieter to relax in and adds floor space. All in all a great company, professional in their approach and a great professional finish. Totally recommend
