Iceni plumbing was quick to respond and quote my job and was able to fit me in quickly. I have just moved into my house so had a few plumbing issues that needed sorting. The job was completed in line with the quoted price. He even sorted out our water softener aswell. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Alan and his apprentice Jack were incredibly professional from start to finish. They arrived promptly to assess the job and provided a quote, and were back to do the work just three days later. What impressed me most was their problem-solving ability, they ran into an issue with the water pressure required for the toilet douche spray but quickly found a brilliant solution. They were timely, very cooperative, and delivered top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Reached out to several plumber about water issues to the shower. Alan responsed quickly and was able to visit and diagnose the issue. The problem required a new water tank which he was able to arrange and install. The issue is now resolved. He was upfront about cost and he and his colleague were very professional and polite.

Alan contacted me quickly and arranged to view the issue. He was polite and friendly and arranged to return later in the week. Unfortunately, he was unable to come on the pre-arranged day because a wrong part was ordered by the shop. However, he was super helpful and communicative, he arranged to return at the weekend. Both Alan and his apprentice took care to make sure that my sinks and drains were left in a much better state, and got rid of the dreadful water hammering noise that I was experiencing! Really helpful and professional.
