Having purchased a house, I knew the backdoor had a faulty lock. I contacted ICE Secure, Andy arrived early. After getting the door open we discovered the internal gearbox had failed which was why the door wouldn't open. Having opened the door I asked Andy to replace the locks, handles and mechanisms on both front and rear doors. I popped out for 20 mins and returned to find the job done and Andy cleaning what looked like 2 new doors! In 50 years I cannot recall such a polite, professional and capable tradesman. If you have a problem with a lock, contact Andy you wont be disappointed !
